Joblessness is Underlying Issue in Nanaimo

"The underlining issue in Nanaimo is not homelessness but joblessness.  The new Council's first priority should be to address the issue of unemployment here in Nanaimo.  We need to focus our efforts on encouraging the economic activities that will provide jobs!  This is a fundamental

Responsible Planning and Development
